Belial was a powerful Ultra and an exile from the Land of Light due to his crimes, he served as the main antagonist in Ultraman One (series) and Ultraman Geed Reboot and after his revival, Belial started seeking his purpose in life. Ultraman Belial is a major antagonist in the Ultraman franchise, appearing as the main antagonist of Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legends The Movie, Ultraman Zero: The Revenge of Belial, Ultra Zero Fight, and Ultraman Geed. And now, that evil being approaches the "Land of Light." In its way stands the gallant Ultraman Zero and his disciple, Ultraman Z. While the Ultra Heroes fight to restore peace to the galaxy, Celebro uses these items in its despicable schemes to destroy planets.
Following the destruction of Ultraman Belial in Ultraman Geed, the Devil Splinters were scattered and turn monsters into berserker, causing chaos throughout the universes.
